• The Connect 4G-X uses three primary components - an outside antenna, the signal booster, and an inside antenna. The outside antenna - which can be mounted either outside of your building or attached to the inside of a window - captures the weak cellular signal from the nearest tower. It then transmits the signal to the Signal Booster, which increases the signal strength before transmitting it to the inside antenna.
• Your cell phone then picks up the improved signal from the inside antenna and transmits back to the inside antenna, through the Signal Booster and to the outside antenna, sending a stronger cellular signal back to the cell tower.
• Large coverage area (up to 7,500 ft) has the largest coverage area of all Wilson signal boosters, able to amplify a large area up to 7,500 square feet. Perfect for a large building or house. For a medium size coverage area (up to 5,000 sq ft) please consider the weBoost Connect 4G or a small coverage area (up to 1,500 sq ft) the weBoost Home 4G.
