The Royal Sovereign AFS-850SN Auto Feed Shredder provides a hands-free shredder solution for your home or office. Our patented auto-feed shredding technology will automatically shred stacks of up to 100 sheets of paper that are placed in the auto feeding tray. The cross cut shredding design provides level 3 security, permanently destroying documents, mail, and other confidential information so you can be at ease about taking out the trash. In case of jams, the auto reverse function reverses the cutters to free up the jams and then automatically restarts forward shredding. The AFS-850SN is strong enough to shred staples, paper clips, CDs, DVDs, credit cards, but gentle enough to provide quiet operation. The auto start and stop function will automatically shred when paper is inserted and stop when shredding is finished. The bin full indicator will detect when the 10.6 gallon receptacle basket is ready to be removed and easily dumped out. The AFS-850SN also comes equipped with over heating protection and automatic stopping safety feature which will stop the shredders when the machine detects the bin door or safety cover is ajar. Comes with a limited manufacturers warranty of 2 years.
