This 4x4 Matrix HDMI Switch & Splitter is the perfect way to get ultimate flexibility out of your entertainment system. You can plug up to four different HDMI sources into the Matrix and up to four output displays. The Matrix will let you independently switch between the four inputs for each display. Each display can simultaneously use the same signal or any combination of different signals. Unlike most Matrix Switch/Splitters, this model also includes the capability of extending either or both outputs over a pair of Cat5e/Cat6 cables up to 40 meters (131 feet) away! This lets you deliver full 1080p signals further than you could with HDMI cable alone (about 25 feet) and saves you money by using cheaper Cat5e/Cat6 cable for the longer distance delivery. The kit comes with five remote controls, including a main remote for controlling the Matrix directly, and four smaller remotes for controlling it from the rooms where the Cat5e/Cat6 receivers are located.
