Please keep tip, cable and the port of your device clean as dust can affect the connection. If you find the cables do not work, please use a dry cotton swab to clean the port of your device, the tip and the cable. 3. Currently our Type C adapters are limited to 12V/2.1A. Charging from a Type C to Type C cable has a different pin configuration and is not currently compatible with our adapters.
